As an accomplished attorney in the city of San Antonio, and throughout Texas, Hector works diligently to make sure his clients are treated fairly in the eyes of the law. Hector represents clients in family law matters (divorce, custody, child support, paternity actions, modifications, enforcements, adoptions), and criminal defense.

Prior to joining Soulsby Law, Hector managed and operated his own practice.  In the past 18 years Hector has taken numerous cases to judges and juries. As a trained mediator, Hector tries to find agreeable resolutions to matters, however, there is no agreement to be had, Hector will leave no stone unturned, no question unanswered and no detail unnoticed in fighting for your rights. We believe in making a difference, and we strive for excellence each time we handle a case.

Hector’s background is the foundation of drive, ambition, tenacity, and dedication to winning for his clients. Hector was raised in San Antonio and graduated from Thomas Edison High School. Hector then served Active Duty in the United Stated Air Force from Feb. 1992 until May 2001 and in United States Air Force Reserves from June 2001 until June 2006. While in the military Hector obtained his bachelor’s degree in computer science from Park University and attended St Mary’s School of Law, graduating in May 2004. 

Hector in licensed to practice in the State of Texas, the United States District Court Southern and Western Districts of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
